SAFETY IN OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. Preparing materials
Diameter: 5 - 15 cm. Length: 45 - 60 cm
2. Carbonizing
Put raw materials into the kiln from 500 - 600C in 18 - 25 days.
3. Cooling off
After completing the burning time, wait for 20 days to cool down the charcoal’s temperature to 270C.
4. Packing
Pack products based on customer requests while complying with the regulations on fire and explosion prevention.
5. Loading
Fill the container with a permitted number of carton boxes.
6. Container inspecting
Final inspection before locking the container and shipping it to the customers.
